Although not yet officially confirmed, it’s looking more and more likely that Amelle Berrabah has quit the Sugababes for good.
It’s been reported that UK Eurovision entrant Jade Ewen will be replacing Amelle and is already lined up to shoot a promotional video with the Sugababes next Monday.
Keisha Buchanan is the only founder member of the Sugababes still left in the band following the previous departures of Siobhan Donaghy and Mutya Buena.
Although it’s been reported that Amelle had caused a great deal of jealousy in the band after her solo chart success with Tinchy Stryder, the girls have been quick to dismiss these reports as nonsense.
As of yet there has been no official statement from the Sugababes confirming or denying personnel changes within the band.
