Heather Mills has been awarded more than twenty four million pounds in a divorce settlement from her ex-husband, “Sir Paul McCartney”. She has said that she’s ‘very pleased’ with the settlement, but was very much opposed to details of the judgement being made public. Paul McCartney on the other hand, despite making no comment after the judgement, was said to be keen for the general public to be made aware of the details of the judgement.
Heather Mills lost her appeal, and the judge was consequently harshly critical of her evidence, claiming that it was “inconsistent and inaccurate”. Although the judge was for the most part, complimentary of Paul McCartney. He did reveal that the former Beatle had lost his temper at times during the hearing.
