UK POP CHART HISTORY - SEPTEMBER 1972
David Cassidy manages to get the highest new entry this week at number 10. 'How Can I Be Sure' will go
on to give David his first chart topper in the UK.
Meanwhile, two places below him, the second highest new entry this week comes from a teenage idol from
a past decade. Cliff Richard notches up yet another top 20 placing with 'Living In Harmony'. This
marks Cliff's 49th visit to the UK top 20 in just fourteen years.
